Fake New’s and Propaganda, Bush's New Art of Lies as Journalism….Hitler did it, the Soviets made an art of it and now our own government under the Bush cabal of neo-fascists is spending more of our money to put a positive spin on bad programs, flat out lies and bogus news than Hitler could have ever imagined.

This raises some interesting questions....
How does a 225 ton aircraft '44 6" tall at the tail
with a wing span 124' 10" neatly pack itself into a round 20' whole and
leave no debris outside hole? Where is the debris? Could it be?
Nawww.... watch and think for yourself.

There is indeed a strange lack of blood in the Nick Berg beheading Video.
The screams begin begin while Berg is sitting down in front of his chanting
slightly portly, western garbed seemingly well nourished captors. Are they really
Islamic Fundamentalist's. The whole event is bizarre. For what purpose would the CIA
concoct such thing? The concept is sickening, yes. It just doesn't seem to
all add up. This forensic report raises some obvious questions.

The GOP is trying again to end overtime for non-union workers. This time Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) is drinking the Kool-Aid. Of course the GOP makes this latest treat for big business to screw more workers sound all nice a cozy, they call it the Fair Labor Standards Act. The Society of Human Resource Managers has a great fact and action site on this issue.

I read this wonderful article by Jimmy Breslin during my Thanks Giving
travels. I do not know if I have shared it with any of you or if it
has been already posted. It is powerful and must be shared with all.

It is perhaps more than just curious that the two recently jailed Russian billionaire oligarchs both have ties The Carlyle Group a highly secretive and controversial private investment group.
Alleged to be the worlds largest privately held investment firm, it's board is nearly a virtual who's who of corporate America. It includes current and present executives from giants like like MCI, XO Communications, American Express and many others. The group owns outright or maintains positions that are large enough, often huge and always large enough to influence their policies and practices in major transportation, energy and other concerns . It counts among it's directors former Reagan Secretary of State James A. Baker III and Richard D. "Dick" Darman former George H.W. Bush OMB Director and until recently George H.W. himself.

The House vote on HR 3289 The $87 billion Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Defense and for the Reconstruction of Iraq and Afghanistan for FY 2004, while passed was hardly unanimous. The roll call (601) was 298 yeas and 121 neas. 82 yeas were from democrats. Hit the link, the democrats in the yea column are in italics, send your rep a nasty gram if they are on the list. You can find their e-mail addresses here. It was hardly a landlside. Even 5 Repugs voted nea. At least now we know who the hawks or those dems that are to chicken vote nea, kill the majority and throw the bill back into committee...

The Los Angeles Time issued a scathing report regarding the reality behind Fox News laughable slogan, "Fair and Balanced". It seems what Fair and Balanced means is determined by a daily memo written by John Moody, the networks vice president for news. The Memo directs the FOX news staff on what the news of the of the day is and often how it is to be covered on Fox . According to ex-Fox reporter, Charlie Reina "The Memo is the Bible."
"These are not isolated incidents at Fox News Channel, where virtually no
one of authority in the newsroom makes a move unmeasured against management's
politics, actual or perceived. At the Fair and Balanced network, everyone knows
management's point of view, and, in case they're not sure how to get it on air,
The Memo is there to remind them."

Cher called into C-Span's Washington Journal this morning. Her shock and awe at what she saw during her trip to visit wounded soldiers at the army's Walter Reed Hospital. is a painful reality that is price of war.
In a free society it the media's obligation to report reality is their only true obligation. The fact that the media both manipulates and allow themselves to be manipulated by profit driven interests and a deceitful presidential administration is a blight on those all those that fought for and have spent their lives defending the freedom of the press.
